We offer a 14-day easy return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• With all original tags and packaging included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
  

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ROCKBROS will cover the return shipping costs.

For change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and contact our customer support team if there are any issues.

Before returning any item, please contact us first to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
